NFL SUNDAYS

Special Exhibition: Money in 10 Questions | Kids Edition

Money in 10 Questions: Kids Edition answers ten questions Canadian children submitted to the Bank of Canada Museum—more than 800 came in from across the country. The exhibition uses play-based activity stations to explore what kids need to know to manage their financial futures. Stations include a challenge to save a million dollars, a budget-balancing scale, stories from kid entrepreneurs, and an exploration of unusual forms of currency (some touchable, including one that is furry). Visitors can decide whether bones could work as money and discover how different societies have valued exchange. The exhibition is designed as a space for parents and children to play and learn together, sparking conversations about money and its role in their lives. Developed by the Bank of Canada Museum and presented by Ingenium – Canada's Museums of Science and Innovation, the exhibition runs October 3, 2026 – January 23, 2027 at Joseph Brant Museum.

Over the Ridge – The Story of Vimy Ridge

We have recently opened up a matinee show for this performance. Click here to view the 12pm showtime. Often called the “battle that made Canada,” Vimy Ridge resulted in over 10,000 Canadian casualties. Through direct storytelling, live music, and dance, the show examines misconceptions and varying perspectives around that battle, while drawing parallels to other formative events in our nation’s past. Featuring inventive musical interpretations of WWI soldier songs, and original choreography performed by members of Ballet Jörgen, Over the Ridge probes difficult yet necessary questions about how and why we grieve. A vivid, kinetic ride through history, as well as an intimate, personal examination of our connection to the past, Over the Ridge is a visceral work that passionately argues against the exploitation of young lives. “Poignant and sobering” — The Globe and Mail (Top 10 Arts Pick, 2020) Writer: Brendan McLeod Music Director: Adrian Glynn Music: The Fugitives (Brendan McLeod, Adrian Glynn, Carly Frey, Christopher Suen) Director: Julia Course Choreography: Jacob Williams Dancers: Ballet Jörgen Sponsored by

The Burlington Business Group is rebuilding with a focus on meaningful professional relationships and referrals. The group operates on a one-business-per-industry model, ensuring members don't compete directly and can confidently refer work to one another.
