When: September 26 from 3:30pm - 5:00pm Where: MOVATI Burlington, VIBE Studio About This Workshop: Take your Aerial Hoop practice to the next level by building new skills while improving control, confidence, and flow on the hoop. In this workshop, participants will learn and practice new skills, like Superman, Side Bar, Dragon Tail, Lion Roll, and Gazelle Roll. We will also focus on creating smoother entries and exits, connecting skills more naturally, improving transitions, and developing better control and fluidity throughout each sequence. Perfect for participants who are ready to expand their Aerial Hoop vocabulary and make their movement look more polished, seamless, and confident. Participant Expectations / Prerequisites Participants should have a solid foundation in Aerial Hoop and be able to safely demonstrate the following skills: - Perform pull-ups while seated in the hoop - Hold a back balance confidently without using the hands for support - Invert into a knee hang with control and ease About your instructor Tabitha : Tabitha Riccio joined MOVATI in 2022 and quickly fell in love with a brand-new program called Hoop. What began as curiosity soon became a passion, as she discovered the unique combination of strength, full-body awareness, control, and the joy of inversions that makes aerial hoop so special. Determined to learn as much as possible, Tabitha attended nearly every Hoop class she could, training across multiple MOVATI locations and with a variety of instructorsāoften up to five days a week. She also pursued advanced workshops outside of MOVATI, continuing to develop her skills, deepen her understanding of proper body placement, and master the control required to move confidently through space. With more than two years of experience teaching Aerial Hoop Levels 1 and 2, Tabitha brings both expertise and genuine enthusiasm to every class. Her passion is contagious, and she loves introducing others to this often-underappreciated and underrated form of fitness.
