Summer Evening Power Yoga with Bunnies
Thursday, June 25th
7:00PM

Summer Evening Power Yoga with Bunnies

Yoga with Bunnies is a power yoga flow class for adults, tweens, and teens, guided by instructor Victoria. The class takes place in a bright, open-concept workshop on the farm, with free-ranging bunnies present throughout. Participants will engage in a muscle-building session focused on playfulness and self-acceptance. Bunnies are prey animals and connect in softer, quieter ways—they may hop by your mat, flop nearby, or nibble treats, but their participation is entirely voluntary. Loud or unpredictable movements will cause them to retreat; stillness and presence invite them closer. After class, participants are invited to hand-feed the bunnies and spend time connecting with them in their bunny room. Bunny yoga differs from goat or puppy yoga in its emphasis on calm, mindfulness, and animal consent. The experience is best suited for those genuinely interested in yoga and able to enjoy the meditative aspects of the practice. Tickets are $30 per person. Bring your own yoga mat or borrow one from the studio. For additional dates and to join the email list for monthly offerings, visit www.bluedotacres.ca.
