Soul Sistas Yoga is a space curated for Black women to rest the mind, body, and soul; restore what has been depleted; and reconnect with self and community. The class combines gentle movements with moments for stillness and reflection. Space is limited to 15 participants. Sign up early.

Heart Opening Flow A free meditation and gentle yoga flow offered by Ana-Bianca and 100 Seeds of Joy on International Yoga Day. The class is suitable for all levels. Participants should bring a yoga mat. Chairs are available for those who prefer to meditate only.

Shoreline Cleanup - Burloak Waterfront Park

A Greener Future (AGF) is hosting a shoreline cleanup as part of its 2026 Love Your Lakes project. The non-profit environmental organization invites volunteers to help clean up beaches and parks in the community. Volunteers will collect litter at Burloak Waterfront Park. Litter pickers and buckets will be provided. Attendees should dress for the weather and bring a reusable water bottle. Those collecting volunteer hours should bring a volunteer form.
