Pride in Equity featuring Eva Blunt & Elektra Vandergeld

Featuring Eva Blunt in a fierce, high-energy showcase celebrating artistry, glam, and unforgettable performance. This is not just a Pride event — it’s a full-scale queer cultural takeover of the Art Gallery of Burlington. For one unforgettable night, the entire gallery is transformed into a multi-room immersive experience where every space tells a different story of queer art, performance, joy, and community. From high-energy dance floors to intimate live performances, from drag transformations to comedy, couture, and live music — Pride in Equity is designed so guests can move freely through a world of creativity curated by some of the most exciting queer artists and producers in Canada. Each room is its own universe: Step into the Hot Pink Room , curated by Hailey Well (Montreal), where Francophone queer artistry takes centre stage with bold performances and a distinctly Montreal flair. In the explosive Red Room , watch drag transformation magic happen live with Miss Fiercalicious and Boa — see the artistry unfold right in front of you, up close and unforgettable. Need a glow-up? The Glam Booth offers full drag makeovers by professional makeup artists alongside the iconic Lady Liz Taylor — come as you are, leave transformed. Turn up the energy in the Orange Room , produced by House of Adam Steve, featuring DJs, drag performers, and a dance floor built for all-night movement. The Yellow Room , curated by Kenadie St. James, brings comedy, games, and fierce female impersonation — playful, sharp, and packed with personality. For something more relaxed, the Green Room offers a soft, atmospheric space in the conservatory with live musical performances — a place to breathe, connect, and unwind. The Blue Room celebrates drag kings, curated by Sandy Joint, spotlighting masculinity, performance, and gender exploration in powerful ways. At the heart of the night, the Indigo Room – Main Event delivers a full VIP experience: dinner, show, and meet & greet hosted by Hollywood Jade, featuring Eva Blunt, Elektra Vandergeld, Miss Fiercalicious, and Boa. The Purple Room , curated by Deanna Noble, showcases stunning couture and legendary Drag Race-level costume artistry — a living gallery of fashion and fantasy. Outside, the Rainbow Courtyard VIP Lounge offers an open bar, private stage, and an exclusive high-energy performance by Ari Darling — the perfect place to celebrate under the night sky. Tickets: Whether you’re a longtime member of the queer community or an ally experiencing Pride in this way for the first time, Pride in Equity is designed to be welcoming, electric, and unforgettable. This is a space for joy, celebration, artistry, and connection — where everyone is invited to experience Pride at full volume. Tickets are limited. This will sell out.

June 25, 2026 | New Indian Basics by Arvinda Chauhan & Preena Chauhan Arvinda Chauhan’s passion for Indian cooking grew out necessity when her mother passed away when Arvinda was quite young. This adversity led her to develop a deep love for cooking, providing her a lifetime of culinary experience. In 1993 Arvinda, joined by her daughter Preena Chauhan, started teaching home cooks and chefs recipes from their ancestral country India, spanning across its diverse regions. The mother-daughter duo focused their classes on spices, the cornerstone of Indian cooking, teaching indispensable flavouring techniques so students can achieve exceptional results when recreating these specialties at home. Their spice flavouring know-how is shared in their debut cookbook, New Indian Basics — 100 Traditional and Modern Recipes from Arvinda’s Family Kitchen—a 2023 Taste Canada Awards Silver winner—which is a culmination of their culinary wisdom and recipes from their 30 years of teaching together.
