Poulet Rouge Brings Grilled Chicken Bowls to Mapleview Centre
A Quebec-born grilled chicken chain is opening its first Burlington location in the food court at Mapleview Centre, at 900 Maple Avenue. Poulet Rouge specializes in customizable bowls built around grilled chicken.
The company aimed to open in mid-July, though staff cautioned the date could shift. Poulet Rouge started in Joliette, Quebec in 2012 and has grown to about 70 locations across Canada, with existing spots in Mississauga and Brampton and more planned for Hamilton and Stoney Creek.
The Mapleview location is hiring, with posted pay between $17.60 and $18.50 an hour plus tips.
It adds another fast, build-your-own option to a mall food court that already draws a steady lunch crowd.
