Heritage Week 2026: Release of Fourth Heritage Driving Tour focused on the Waterfront

Heritage Burlington is sharing its fourth self-guided driving tour of Burlington. The tour starts at Burloak Drive and Lakeshore Road and ends along Plains Road, highlighting the role of the lake and waterfront in the city's growth and community life.

The route explores the waterfront community, historic places of interest, and related stories.

The tour route is available online starting Sunday, Aug. 2 at burlingtonhistorical.ca. No registration required.

Participants must safely follow all rules of the road, including parking regulations.
