Thai Restaurant Thairoomgrand Is Moving Into the Old Burlington Brewery Space

The corner of Dundas and Walkers has been quiet for more than a year. Thairoomgrand has put signs in the windows at 3600 Dundas St., the space Burlington Brewery left behind when it closed in October 2025, and the Thai chain is already advertising for staff.

Thairoomgrand runs a group of Thai restaurants around the Greater Toronto Area, with several locations in Toronto plus Etobicoke, Newmarket and Oshawa. Advertisements posted on social media this week ask servers to apply online.

No opening date has been announced. For a corner that has sat empty since the brewery shut down, signs in the window and a hiring push are the first visible movement in a long while.
