Heritage Week 2026: Halton Emancipation Celebration Festival

Celebrating the 192 nd year of Emancipation throughout the British Commonwealth, the Freedom Festival brings together music, children’s activities, cultural art, food, crafts and heritage, historical, genealogical and multi-cultural groups to promote inclusivity and community integration.
