Eco Fun with BG at the Royal Botanical Gardens!

Take a nature walk, make a seedball and join other eco-fun with BG at Royal Botanical Gardens on October 3rd and 4th, 9:30 am to 5:00 pm. BurlingtonGreen will have a tent at the annual Telling Tales Children’s Literary Festival in Hendrie Park at the RBG.

Here’s our schedule of activities: Daily 9:45 am – 5 pm – Drop by the BG tent to make your own native wildflower seed balls and learn how you can help protect and nurture butterflies and other pollinators. We’ll also have other all-ages eco-fun and climate action resources.

Daily at 11:00 am, 2:00 pm and 3:30 pm – Join a Nature Discovery Walk with BG. During this 30 minute guided walk, you’ll discover fascinating facts about nature all around us.

Get inspired to be an eco-champion for special friends like amazing Monarch Butterflies, and afterwards you can stay to make seedballs to grow wildflowers that can attract butterflies and other pollinators to your own backyard or balcony. Free entry with registration here.
