SVP Sports Opening in the Former Giant Tiger on Guelph Line
The Giant Tiger at 2025 Guelph Line has sat empty since March. SVP Sports is taking that space, opening a 30,000 square foot discount sporting goods store there next month.
The chain sells brand name apparel, footwear and accessories at discount prices. Announcing the store on social media, SVP promised "huge savings on brand name apparel, footwear accessories & much more."
The grand opening is set for Thursday, September 17. SVP already runs stores across the GTA, and Burlington is the newest addition to that list.
