Voting Is Open for Burlington's 2026 Reader Favourites
If a restaurant, shop or contractor in town has done right by you this year, there is a place to say so. BurlingtonToday has opened voting in its 2026 Reader Favourites program, covering local businesses across almost 100 categories.
Voting runs through the outlet's Local Business Directory and its Reader Favourites page. Find the business, hit the vote button on its listing, and that is it. Only one vote per device per business counts during the four week period.
Businesses do not need to advertise with BurlingtonToday to be listed or eligible, so a one location shop that has never bought an ad competes on the same terms as anyone else. Any business missing from the directory, or needing its listing updated, can email regional manager Liz O'Donnell at liz@burlingtontoday.com.
Voting closes August 31. Whichever businesses collect the most votes in each category are named Reader Favourite 2026 award winners after that.
