Dwell Well Halton: FREE Kids Treasure Hunts & Family Wellness Festival!

Dwell Well Halton 2026 is a family-friendly holistic wellness festival featuring a kids' treasure hunt, free wellness sessions for adults, and activities for all ages.

Children can participate in the treasure hunt, exploring wellness activities, solving clues, and winning prizes. Adults can join outdoor fitness classes, mind-body sessions, and receive expert wellness advice. Activities and the schedule are subject to change; check when booking tickets.

The festival supports the Joseph Brant Hospital Foundation's For All Minds (FAM) campaign to expand mental health and addiction services in Burlington.

Admission is free. Voluntary donations are welcome and can be made online or at the check-in desk.

Space for the kids' treasure hunt and specific group fitness sessions is limited. Free tickets must be reserved in advance for the entire family.
