A free, neurodivergent/introvert‑friendly networking event in Burlington where entrepreneurs can practice connection without pressure. Networking should not be this hard. You go to an event and the madness begins.

It’s either so structured you’re afraid of doing something wrong, or so vague you never actually meet anyone. Set me up with a free networking meeting for awkwards, oddballs, and introverts. That’s what TradeWins is all about.

Networking has become way too “you give me this” and “I’ll give you that.” I’m far more nuanced than that. I may or may not work with you directly, but I probably know someone who needs what you offer. Or I’ll meet someone later and send them your way.

True networking is connecting on behalf of others as much as yourself. Sometimes it’s more important to learn what’s out there than to cling to what you already know. When you show up, I’ll be there with a big smile and a warm handshake. I’ll make sure you meet everyone in the room.

And if it ends up being just you and me, you’ll still walk out with great ideas and new approaches. Because it’s not about pitching. It’s not about performing. It’s not about pretending you’re more confident than you are. It’s about practicing connection in a room that feels safe enough to try.
