Return to Source is an afternoon of movement, stillness, and community featuring a pilates-inspired movement session (30 minutes), guided breathwork session (30 minutes), and sound bath experience (30 minutes).

No previous experience with pilates, breathwork, or sound baths is necessary. All fitness levels are welcome.

Participants should bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement.

As this is an outdoor event, it will be rescheduled in the case of rain or unsafe weather conditions. Participants will be notified by email of any important event updates or changes.

Participation is voluntary. While these activities are designed to support general wellness, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition and should not be considered medical advice. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically able to participate. Those with medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or concerns about participating should consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider before attending.

Participants agree to participate within their own comfort level and to stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness, discomfort, or distress. Participation involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury.

By attending, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Punto Wellness Club, Sound Bath North, Ever Present Holistics, the property owner, and all event organizers, instructors, volunteers, and affiliates from liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where prohibited by applicable law.

The event will include photography and/or videography for promotional purposes. By attending, participants grant permission for their image or likeness to be used in future marketing materials unless they notify an organizer before the event begins.
