Sunday Reset: Her. Redefined. is a wellness morning for women at LaSalle Banquet Centre on Burlington's waterfront.

The three-and-a-half-hour experience includes gentle movement, guided reflection, meaningful conversation, nourishing food and drinks, and wellness activities.
