Sound Bath on the Farm + Firefly walk

An evening of sound and nature on the farm. Guests will experience a sound bath guided by crystal singing bowls, followed by a walk along the walnut grove trail to observe fireflies.

The sound bath uses resonant tones to guide participants into deep rest. After the session, guests are invited to walk the trail and watch for fireflies, which are typically most active by 9:45 PM at this time of year. Firefly sightings depend on weather and timing.

Bring a blanket to lay on, a blanket or sweater for warmth, and water to stay hydrated.
