Sound Bath on the Farm + Firefly walk

An evening of sound on the farm featuring a guided sound bath with crystal singing bowls. Participants will be led into deep rest surrounded by the sounds of the farm.

After the sound bath, guests are welcome to walk the walnut grove trail and watch for fireflies as they begin to glow. Firefly sightings depend on weather and timing. Most fireflies are active by 9:45 PM at this time of year.

Bring a yoga mat, a blanket or sweater depending on weather, and water to stay hydrated.
