SOUND BATH AT TERRA GREENHOUSES- BURLINGTON

Lisa Boon from Mississauga Sound Therapy, a certified sound therapy and sylvotherapy (forest therapy) practitioner, leads this sound bath at Terra Greenhouses. The session combines soothing sounds with the natural environment of the greenhouse, creating a tranquil space for relaxation and nervous system support.

The experience pairs sound therapy with exposure to phytoncides from the lush plants, which are known to enhance mood, reduce stress, and boost immune function. Participants can expect deep relaxation and support for cellular repair and overall wellness.

Bring a yoga mat and blanket for comfort, a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a portable chair if you prefer to sit. Bring any other items that help you feel comfortable.
