Autumn Grounding: Settling the Nervous System & Restoring Rhythm
Reported
A seasonal Ayurveda & Yoga workshop for renewal, clarity, and flow. When: October 4, from 1:30pm - 3:00pm Where: MOVATI Burlington, SKY Studio About This Workshop: As summer transitions into fall, changes in routine, weather, and daylight can leave the body feeling unsettled, fatigued, or anxious.
Energy may feel scattered, sleep less restful, digestion irregular, and the nervous system more sensitive to stress. Ayurveda, an ancient sister science to yoga, teaches that autumn is a time to slow down, ground, and nourish the system.
By aligning with seasonal rhythms, we can create greater stability, restore calm, and support resilience through change.
In this 1.5-hour experiential workshop, you’ll be guided through grounding yoga, soothing breathwork, and simple daily rituals to support nervous system regulation and restore a sense of steadiness and ease.
