Yin Yoga: Nourish & Release with Sherri
Yin Yoga: Nourish & Release is a slow, introspective, floor-based practice designed to gently unwind the deeper layers of the body while inviting the mind into stillness. Poses are held for several minutes, allowing fascia and connective tissues to hydrate, soften, and release long-held tension.
With the support of props and mindful breath, you’ll be guided to relax muscular effort and shift from “doing” into simply allowing.
Through extended holds, meditative awareness, and intentional rest, the nervous system is supported to move out of urgency and into a state of deep ease.
✨ Release physical tension
✨ Support nervous system regulation
✨ Invite emotional softening
✨ Cultivate inner listening and presence
Suitable for all levels and bodies, this is a grounded space to slow down, reset, and reconnect beneath the noise of daily life.
Held within our Energy Enhancement System (EE System) space, this Yin Yoga session offers an especially supportive environment for slowing down, deepening relaxation, releasing tension, and reconnecting with your body through gentle, restorative movement.
We look forward to welcoming you into this sacred pause. 🌿✨
About Sherri:
Sherri is a lifelong meditator who began Transcendental Meditation at the age of five, cultivating a profound connection to inner stillness from an early age.
Drawn to the deep healing found in quiet awareness, she now offers yin and restorative yoga as a sacred pause — where the body softens, the mind quiets, and the heart can be heard.
Blending intuitive energy awareness with the grounded presence of her years as a registered nurse, Sherri creates a gentle and protective space for emotional release, rebalancing, and reconnecting with your true essence.
