Dumpling Masterclass

Hands-on Dumpling Masterclass 🥟 with cooking instructor Joyce of Cooking.

Kids' Class — August 26, 3:30–5:30 PM at Denninger's Burlington. Young chefs will learn to make homemade dumpling dough and fillings, master folding techniques, and create both savoury and sweet dumplings. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Adult Class — August 27, 6:30–8:30 PM at Denninger's Burlington. Participants will learn to make Asian Chicken Mango Dumplings and Pork Dumplings from scratch, then discover wine pairings to complement each flavour.
